Meet Level Best Northwest

Level Best Northwest is a locally owned, father-and-son concrete repair company serving Central and Eastern Washington. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, we specialize in concrete lifting, stabilizing, resurfacing, crack repair, cleaning and sealing.

Our focus is simple: restore and protect existing concrete whenever possible, saving our customers money while minimizing disruption to their property. We use Eco-Rise polyurethane foam to lift and stabilize sunken slabs. Most projects are finished in a single day, with no demolition, no unnecessary damage to landscaping, and no hauling concrete to the landfill.

Meet the founder

Merle Brovont, owner

Merle brings more than a decade of experience in concrete work to every project. His background includes pouring and finishing new concrete, decorative resurfacing, leveling sunken slabs, and repairing large commercial and warehouse floors, including loading docks.

He's known for his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. He believes that successful concrete repair starts with proper preparation, clear communication, and respect for the customer's property. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions that provide real value, not unnecessary upsells.

Meet us in person

Some of our customers met us at the Ellensburg Home & Garden show.

Merle and Wilson had a booth at the show this past April. Plenty of people would rather ask their questions face to face before they book anything, and we're happy to answer them.

“I met Merle at the Home & Garden show in Ellensburg this past April, and he was very helpful and communicative from the quoting process all of the way to completion.”

Samantha Wiser, Google review
“Merle and his team at Level Best Northwest raised my garage floor back to level. Merle communicates well, genuinely cares about his work and his customers, and most importantly operates with integrity and honesty.”
Preston H.
“Very pleased with the work from Merle. He was honest and helpful up front, and got our crack sealed all the way down even though it wasn't a straight line. Highly recommend.”

How we work

Preparation, honest communication, no surprises.

  • CleanWe care about customer satisfaction and about keeping the site clean from the first hole to the last patch.
  • PreparedIn our experience, successful concrete repair depends heavily on proper preparation. We don't cut corners.
  • UpfrontWe explain what a project involves before we start, and we don't surprise customers with last-minute changes or unexplained costs.
  • Repair firstWhenever possible, we repair instead of replace. That reduces waste, limits landscape damage, and typically costs about half as much as full replacement, while still delivering long-lasting results.
