Level Best Northwest · Concrete lifting in the Yakima Valley

Your sunken slab is closer to level than you think.

Merle Brovont and his son Wilson raise settled driveways, sidewalks, patios and garage floors with Eco-Rise foam pumped through ⅝-inch holes. No tear-out, no demolition, and most jobs are done in one day.

Back to level, without a jackhammer.

If a slab isn't badly broken, it can usually be lifted instead of torn out. The soil under it washed out or settled; we fill that space and bring the concrete back up to a practical, stable level.

  1. 1DrillSmall, discreet ⅝-inch holes go through the settled slab, right where the voids are.
  2. 2PumpEco-Rise polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete. It expands, fills the voids, firms up the soil and lifts the slab while a dial gauge on the joint shows every fraction of an inch.
  3. 3PatchThe foam cures in about fifteen minutes. The holes are patched and the slab is ready to use the same day.

What we do most

Concrete Leveling

Sunken driveway or patio? Our polyurethane foam leveling lifts slabs in hours, not days.

Sidewalks and walkways, driveways and garage floors, patios and pool decks, entry steps, basements and crawl spaces. If the slab isn't cracked into too many pieces, it's usually a candidate.

We don't do structural foundation repair. If your concrete needs replacing or structural work, we'll tell you honestly instead of selling you a lift that won't hold.

Questions we hear

Before you call about a sunken slab.

The concrete problems we fix

Concrete leveling lifts sunken slabs back to their original height by injecting expanding polyurethane foam beneath the concrete. It fixes the cause, which is voids and settled soil, without tearing out and replacing the slab.

Most residential jobs take a few hours. The polyurethane foam cures in about 15 minutes, the injection holes are patched, and the surface is ready to use the same day.

When the soil underneath is stabilized at the same time, concrete leveling is a long-term repair. Polyurethane foam does not absorb water or break down, so it holds the slab in place as long as the ground stays supported.

Leveling lifts a slab that has already sunk. Stabilizing fills voids and strengthens the soil underneath to prevent future settling. In most projects we stabilize the soil and lift the slab in the same visit.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, pool decks and entry steps. Almost any sunken exterior slab that is still structurally sound is a candidate for foam leveling.

No. We do not perform structural foundation repair. We can address cosmetic concrete issues around foundations, but if replacement or structural work is required, we'll tell you honestly.
